I replaced capacitor and cycled system on found that the fan was not spinning, I then checked voltage at the board and got 120 going to the blower motor. This system will need a new blower motor due to age, condition, and cost to repair I recommend replacing the system. Job complete

Performed level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Gas and exhaust levels are normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. Heat rise was 58 degrees. Unit is operating normally at this time.
Was here for a furnace cleaning. Performed preferred customer furnace cleaning. Customer was concerned about the furnace lighting intermittently. While watching the furnace light. The gas valve would energize and wouldn’t open some of the time. Checked the gas pressure. Found that the incoming gas pressure is at 18 inches of water column. Normally there is only supposed to be around 8 inches of water column. Found that a gas regulator on the outside of the building is bad. Called the office to have an installer come to change out the regulator. The installers came and replaced the regulator. Rechecked the gas pressure. The gas pressure looks good. Cycled the furnace a couple of times. Furnace is running normally at this time.
11-15-18 installed 2 stage daikin. Cycled furnace to make sure everything was working.
Performed level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Gas and exhaust levels are normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. Heat rise was 44 degrees. Unit is operating normally at this time.
Performed furnace safety check; I cycled the system on and performed a powder test and did get blow back from all 3 cells, I then performed a combustion test and found a high amount of excess air in the exhaust, I also ohmed out the igniter, lastly inspected the heat exchanger and found a large amount of rust, this system is currently operating at this time. But due to age and condition I do foresee issues in the future. Job complete
Came to investigate a no heat. Furnace would try to ignite, and fail. Proper voltage wasn’t going to the gas valve. Pressure switch had proper voltage. I blew the lines clear and tried adjusting it to no success. Main board is not sending proper voltage to the valve. Board needs to be replaced. Update, after returning, we found the drain was leaking water and the hose was clogged with a table. We moved the table and cleared the line of debris and kinks. This cause the pressure switch to trip and not allow voltage to the gas valve. Unit is up and running at this time.
Replaced burners and cycled system on. Everything is operating normal at this time job complete.
I performed the boiler clean and tune. The boiler is operating properly. We need to quote a price to replace a 2 foot and 4 foot section of baseboard in the bathroom. The office will call back with a price for that.
Furnace clean and tune x2. Upstairs furnace. Cycled system, system would not light. Removed and cleaned flame sensor, reinstalled and cycled again. System then lit. Checked heat exchanger and found rust. Burners are extremely rusted causing the flame to travel inconsistently down heat exchanger. Found ventor motor bearing very worn and noisy. Furnace had major condensation leak from drain lines. Customer purchased drain line and had it installed with the end of the drain line out of open burner compartment door, draining onto floor of basement. I used existing clamps and secured drain line correctly from exhaust vent to drain trap. Gas pressure dropped dramatically from 2nd to 1st stage, causing flame to almost die out. This system is in very poor shape, and failure is expected. Normal levels of CO found in exhaust. Higher levels of XS air found in exhaust. Second opinion recommended. First floor furnace. Cycled system. Checked heat exchanger, found it very rusted with cracks startin
We removed the old furnace and ac. installed a new units. Tie into existing duct, gas line, venting and electric. Ran new drain. Flushed the lineset and brazed all joints. Left filled with nitrogen till spring
