Happy with the work, and the workers!!

Although it started a little shaky, reason for only 4 stars, it ended up being pretty good. Guys were professional and truly experienced. They did excellent work. Would recommend to anyone!!

Good price, good work

Thought you could have moved the unit closer to our home. We asked if we should remove the plant, and you said you had a shovel to move it out of the way. When it was all done, the plant did not get moved, and the unit seems to be out away from the building a little too far. Also, you sent someone out the day prior to measure. He was supposed to get here at 8:30, and didn't arrive until 8:50. This made getting to work on time difficult.

Came out to investigate a leak. I checked the drain lines for cracks and they appear to be intact. After cycling the unit a few times, I found a small amount of standing water in the blower compartment. I traced this up to the inducer motor. I took the assembly apart and didn’t find any issues. Inducer motor clamp may have been too loose. No standing water or leaks at this time. Customer decide to buy a level 2 furnace cleaning in replacement of the dispatch. We will need to return for the work and collect the payment.
