To our valued customers:

In these uncertain times we’d like you to know that all of us here at Black-Haak Heating & Electrical remain committed to taking care of our customers’ heating, cooling, air quality and electrical needs. We will remain flexible for what the future holds.

Our number one goal is to keep our customers and employees safe and we will continue to closely monitor guidelines and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control.

When we visit your home or business, rest assured we will follow CDC guidelines for cleanliness standards. Our technicians will use hand sanitizer or hand washing in between every visit and throughout the day. New shoe covers will be worn in each home or business while working. 

If you are experiencing symptoms of a respiratory infection such as cough, fever or shortness of breath, we are happy to reschedule your appointment. And, don’t worry – we never charge for a rescheduled or canceled appointment. If this is an emergency and rescheduling is not an option, please let us know so we can take extra precautions to protect you and our technicians.
